Snowmass Bella Bells is a female that we are excited to have in our breeding program.
She is a daughter of Snowmass Best Man and Snowmass Queen Bella Sarah.
Each of her offspring has had exceptional fleece characteristics--including brightness, staple length, character and persistent fineness.
This year she was bred to TP Jubilee's Charisma and has a beautiful little girl at her side...Carabelle.
“Snowmass Bella Bells” was biopsied as a 6 year and 10 month old white huacaya female with ARI#31795708. Her 15X scan demonstrates large fiber clusters very uniform in size, shape and placement within her connective tissue. Her true density measures 63.75 follicles SQ MM of skin and her average S/P ratio based on 25 typical fiber clusters is 15.1 to 1. Note from all scans that 30% of her secondary fibers show some level of medullation (red dots). She shows level 3 of 4 gland presence. One hundred secondary fibers averaged 17.7 microns and 50 primary fibers averaged 25.3 microns for a variation of 7.6 microns. The above stats figure this 6 year old’s AFD at 18.19 microns. Super fineness for her age.
