We need YOUR help to make our show the best it can be!
Current 2025 volunteer positions are listed at the bottom:

There are many opportunities to volunteer for the show and they can be enjoyable and rewarding experiences. There are also Core Staff Positions that require you to be involved at some level prior to the show and/or for an extended amount of time. Each Core Staff Position is a two-year commitment; the first year is as an apprentice and then the following year as the lead.
You can learn more about volunteering opportunities by reading the position descriptions below. Another excellent way to get details is to contact ask the person that has volunteered in years past or by contacting the volunteer coordinator or a board member.
Position Descriptions:
CHECK-IN COORDINATOR -- Ensures that check-in runs smoothly: That the show vet has everything needed to perform health checks, show bags and name tags are available for exhibitors as they check in, directs exhibitors to the next steps in the check-in process (unloading, color check, pickup of show numbers, etc.), helps exhibitors find their stall location on the barn map
REGISTRATION DESK ADMINISTRATOR - This individual is responsible for the registration desk during check-in, information desk throughout the show, assisting with the check-out process, and assisting the Event Coordinator in keeping the show moving.
GATEKEEPERS - We need many of these throughout the show! This is a great opportunity to sign up to help for a couple of hour as you are waiting for your class to be called. Responsible for making sure everyone one is ready to enter the ring and in the appropriate order.
RING STEWARDS – Assist the judge in the ring, may be required to assist the handler in holding the animal and give them guidance in the ring standard. Organizes the ribbons for the judge and ensures they are ready to be handed out. Another opportunity to serve for a few hours during the show during your down time as other color groups move through classes.
