NEVERSUMMER'S THEA

Thea comes from a long line of animals well-known for their outstanding fleece.

Her sire is, the one and only, Aussie .38 Special! So many awards have been presented to this male and his offspring. The most current ones are the 2012 Dark Herdsire of the Year at the All American Futurity and the 2012 AOBA Fleece Show Grey Color Champion with his sixth fleece! He is a 17x Champion, 2x Judge's Choice, Herdsire of the Year; at the age of eight, he won the “Spirit of the Industry” recognizing the lasting quality of his fleece. Far more importantly, he imparts his bone, conformation, and elite fleece traits of extreme fineness, uniformity, density, high-frequency/high-amp crimp, and staple length to his offspring.

Thea's dam is NeverSummer's Tularosa, one of our foundation females with lovely, fine, high-frequency crimped fleece. Her maternal granddam is Peruvian Tiquina, who was a producer of high quality offspring and a multiple time award winner in fleece. Her maternal grandsire is Lanark's Silver Charm, a silver grey herdsire known for passing on his exceptional fleece to his offspring. Silver Charm's fleece retained its fineness well into old age.
