DEADLINES:

The final registration deadline is January 15, 2025

This applies to all halter and fleece entries, youth performance, stalls and vendors.

FLEECE SHOW DEADLINES:

• Mail-in Entries for Fleece Show must be received by Bob Pulse no later than Friday, February 2, 2024.  Mail Fleece Show entries to:

• Personal Drop-Off for Fleece Show must be received at the event venue by Thursday, Feb 8, 2024 no later than 5 PM.

PHOTO CONTEST DEADLINES:

• Mail-in Entries must be postmarked by January 26, 2025 and received by January 31, 2025, complete with paperwork required. Please contact Melissa Lehew at [email protected] for mailing address information.
• Email:  Digital photo files must be received by January 31, 2025.  You can email digital files of photos to Melissa Lehew at [email protected].  Please see the Photo Contest tab on our website for a description of the correct size for digital files.
• Hand-Delivered Entries at Check-in:  If you are bringing your entry to the show, you must deliver it to the Check-in desk as part of that process and include a note stating ATTN: MELISSA LEHEW.  Hand-delivered entries must be received on the day of check-in, Thursday February 8, by 5:00 p.m., and must be fully complete works, which are mounted on a black mat board with a 2" frame, as described in the Photo Contest Rules (see Photo Contest tab on our website for complete rules).
