Inclement Weather Statement
Should weather prevent you from arriving prior to the start of the shows, TXOLAN Alpaca Association will refund your registration fees, except for any stall fees which are non-refundable.
Requirements for obtaining your refund for entries will be paid post show:
* Show proof that your alpacas had a CVI completed with Wichita Falls indicated on it dated prior to the cancellation date
* All paperwork uploaded and microchips provided.
